Where do I send copy and artwork for my awards?

All copy and artwork should be attached and emailed to art@primetimeawards.com. Please include your name and order number in the subject line of the email. Logos for etching need to be in black and white (not gray scale). We suggest sending logos over in vector format either as .eps or .ai files. Copy can be sent in any form, but please send logos separately if possible. We currently accept all of the following file formats: .ai, .eps, .bmp, .jpg, .cdr, .gif, .png, .tif, .doc, .docx, .psd, .rtf, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt.

We will send proofs back for every item ordered and will not enter production until approval has been given. There are no charges for proofs or to make changes.

 

How long does production take?

We typically ship within 3-5 business days from approval of artwork. If you need something turned around faster please call and ask, we're happy to do our best to accommodate your needs. 

 

What are your shipping methods?

Prime Time Awards uses UPS as our standard carrier. Ground shipping is the default method for shipping. Below is a map showing the estimated number of days ground transit takes from our location. (Credit to UPS.com for the map).
